Black-Eyed Pea Dip

BLACK-EYED PEA DIP


1 16oz can black eyed peas
¼ cup red bell peppers, diced
¼ cup red onions, finely chopped
½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tablespoon jalapenos, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon hot sauce
¼ teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
